Brief:
Launch the rebranded golf club on all digital platforms & provide ongoing full digital marketing services.
What I did:
Devised a marketing strategy built on engaging with the local community and attracting younger players & families.
Set up new social media accounts and delivered ongoing social activity along with email marketing newsletters and Google My Business account.
Helped to turn a struggling golf club with a poor reputation, under new ownership, in to a modern, welcoming and family-friendly venue with strong online presence and community feel, enticing back old members and attracting new ones in equal measures.
Results:
- 300% increase in memberships within the first 18 months of re-opening. The club now has a lengthy waiting list.
- 100+ 4 or 5 star reviews on Google
- Extensive and highly engaged email marketing list
- Sold out events in the bar & restaurant space, with many weddings and other functions already booked.
