Content development


Deliver the brand's first set of photography guidelines and improve photo shoot processes.

What I did:

Ran a series of workshops with senior stakeholders to help define what a 'Higgidy' photograph looked like.

Delivered a comprehensive and robust set of photographic guidelines which set out best practice for a wide range of creative and technical considerations.

We then workshopped shoot processes, culminating in a new set of agreed procedures which covered work flow, briefing documents, approvals and timings.


- More consistent approach to photography across the company, increasing brand recognition

- Increased brand visibility with extra focus on (natural and authentic) inclusion of packaging in images

- Increased human and relatable aspect in images

- Smoother and clearer processes, resulting in more efficient and purposeful use of people's time
