Sky (for Share Creative)
Streamline Sky's social output, using the @SkyUK channel.
What I did:
Oversaw the consolidation of multiple social channels and product streams in to one coherent brand strategy, on one channel.
Content posted on @SkyUK was centred on three key areas - Sky Q, Sky Box Sets and the Sky Kids app. From new season launches of the Walking Dead to technical information on new Sky Q product features and light-hearted half term checklists for parents.
As the @SkyUK accounts are the main shop window for all Sky customers, community management was also a key area and sentiment was massively improved.
